LOK KALYAN SEVA KENDRA is an independent, non-profit and community based organization working at the grass root level for participatory development. Established in the year 2003 with a focus on the upliftment of neglected and underprivileged rural people of Santhal Pargana region of Jharkhand. They work towards the eradication of various social issues such as dowry system, child marriage, child labor, domestic violence, adolescent health related issues, women and children trafficking, exploitation of women, bonded labor and livelihood in various ways.
Our vision is to establish a progressive, peaceful, self reliant and self respectful healthy society based on economically, gender equity and mutual help.
Our mission is to promote sustainable livelihood and self reliance society by organizing, educating and empowering the rural poor as a liberating force achieving social justice and control, economic growth having gender equity.
